Job summary

Cepat Kredit Financing Inc is hiring for a Loan Processing Support role in the Philippines. You will assist clients through the loan application, verify documentation, and help move cases from endorsement to loan release. Strong product knowledge and customer service are essential.

Training in Ortigas, Pasig is provided for two weeks, with travel and accommodation covered. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in banking/finance and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Willing to train in Ortigas, Pasig, for two (2) weeks (hotel, food, and travel expenses will be covered by the company).
• 1-2 years of experience or a graduate of any 4-year business-related course with relevant experience in banking and finance.
• Process-oriented and technology-inclined, organized, and can work in a fast-paced environment.
• Can communicate confidently—both written and verbal—and is able to liaise with all departments and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients throughout the loan application process, ensuring accurate and complete documentation.
• Responsible for the timely screening and processing of endorsed leads of the assigned branch, as well as regularly monitoring pending accounts to support sales objectives
• Maintain a strong knowledge of all loan products and their requirements.
• Deliver excellent customer service to the clients.
• Coordinates with other departments to ensure a smooth process until loan release.
• Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
