Job summary

POP MART is seeking a proactive retail professional for its Philippines operations to lead sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. You will mentor junior associates, share product knowledge, and optimize the customer shopping experience across our POP MART lineup of IP-inspired toys and collectibles.

As a store team member, you will maintain in-depth knowledge of products, stay aware of new arrivals and promotions, and assist with daily store operations, including opening/closing

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in achieving personal and team sales targets.
• Use advanced sales techniques to drive revenue growth and increase conversion rates.
• Act as a mentor and coach to junior sales associates, providing guidance on product knowledge, selling strategies, and customer service.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting with product selection, responding to inquiries, and resolving customer concerns.
• Build lasting relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Understand customer preferences and offer tailored solutions and recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the store's product offerings, including new arrivals, bestsellers, and promotions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to better serve customers and support the store's competitive positioning.
• Assist in daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
