Job summary

POP MART is seeking a retail associate in the Philippines for a fixed three-month holiday-season contract. You will meet sales targets, provide product recommendations, and deliver outstanding customer service while supporting teammates.

You’ll stay informed about new launches and promotions, ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers. The role involves daily store tasks, including cash handling and stock management, in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail brand sales experience preferred.
• POS experience is a huge plus.
• Customer service oriented with good communication skills.

• Meet personal and team sales targets using effective sales techniques.

• Support junior team members by sharing product knowledge and sales tips.
