Job summary

POP MART is seeking a full-time Store Sales Associate in Manila. The role focuses on meeting sales targets, delivering outstanding customer service, and mentoring junior staff. You will maintain product knowledge, handle daily store operations, and stay aware of market trends to support POP MART's competitive position.

The successful candidate will build relationships with customers, tailor recommendations, and drive repeat business while upholding POP MART's equal opportunity values.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in achieving personal and team sales targets.
• Use advanced sales techniques to drive revenue growth and increase conversion rates.
• Act as a mentor and coach to junior sales associates, providing guidance on product knowledge, selling strategies, and customer service.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting with product selection, responding to inquiries, and resolving customer concerns.
• Build lasting relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Understand customer preferences and offer tailored solutions and recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the store's product offerings, including new arrivals, bestsellers, and promotions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to better serve customers and support the store's competitive positioning.
• Assist in daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
