Job summary

Mabuhay Studio Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate in Metro Manila to help expand our client base and maintain relationships with government and private clients.

You will work with our production team to ensure smooth project execution and deliver compelling sales proposals and contracts. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in events or advertising.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with government procurement processes is a plus.
• Fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with government and private clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners
• Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and contracts
• Coordinate with events and production teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets
• Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends
• Assist in preparing sales reports and documentation
