Job summary

Creative Moves Events Inc. in the Philippines seeks a sales-driven professional to identify and qualify potential leads, oversee the complete sales cycle, and collaborate with creative teams to win events and multimedia production projects.

You will build client relationships, present proposals, negotiate deals, and contribute to sales strategies, with a hybrid work setup (3–4 days a week) and strong earnings potential through commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
Training or certification related to Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Management, and/or related field.
3–5 years of sales experience with a proven record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.

Responsibilities

Identify and qualify potential leads using various touchpoints and lead-gen techniques.
Oversee the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and post-mortem.
Collaborate with creative and design teams to meet sales targets.
Follow up with prospects to convert them into long-term clients.
Prepare letters, presentation decks, cost estimates, and other sales documents.
Focus on event sales and multimedia production services as the primary responsibility.
