Job summary

Wesco in Pasay, Philippines seeks an Associate Specialist - Sales to coordinate opportunities and support the Field and Inside Sales teams. You will work with COE, Marketing, suppliers and reps to balance workloads and drive sales activity.

You will schedule calls, deploy specialists, maintain CRM data, provide pricing and sales reports, and support cross-functional teams to execute projects on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field preferred.
• 0-2 years inside/outside sales or related support experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM systems and data reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supports the sales process by coordinating opportunities with internal teams.
• Schedules sales calls and deploys Field Technical Specialists.
• Maintains CRM data and provides follow-up communications.
• Provides sales data and pricing support to management.
• Interacts with internal teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Participates in meetings to track objectives.
• Provides general administrative support to the sales team.
