Job summary

POP MART PH TRADING CORPORATION in Manila is seeking a store sales professional to lead by example in reaching personal and team sales targets, and to coach junior associates in product knowledge and selling strategies.

You will provide excellent customer service, build lasting relationships, understand shopper preferences, stay informed about new arrivals and promotions, and assist in daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in achieving personal and team sales targets.
• Mentor and coach junior sales associates on product knowledge, selling strategies, and customer service.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting with product selection, responding to inquiries, and resolving customer concerns.
• Build lasting relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Understand customer preferences and offer tailored solutions and recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the store's product offerings, including new arrivals, bestsellers, and promotions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to better serve customers and support the store's competitive positioning.
• Assist in daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
