Job summary

POP MART Philippines is seeking a Sales Associate to drive revenue growth and deliver outstanding customer service in our stores. You will lead by example to meet personal and team sales targets, while fostering a welcoming shopping environment for fans of POP MART IPs.

The role requires maintaining deep product knowledge, suggesting tailored recommendations, mentoring junior staff, handling daily store operations, cash handling, and inventory, and staying ahead of industry trends to keep POP

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in achieving personal and team sales targets.
• Use advanced sales techniques to drive revenue growth and increase conversion rates.
• Act as a mentor and coach to junior sales associates, providing guidance on product knowledge, selling strategies, and customer service.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting with product selection, responding to inquiries, and resolving customer concerns.
• Build lasting relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Understand customer preferences and offer tailored solutions and recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the store's product offerings, including new arrivals, bestsellers, and promotions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to better serve customers and support the store's competitive positioning.
• Assist in daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
