Job summary

Herbologique Consumer Goods Trading is seeking a proactive sales professional for an on-site role in Quezon City. You will hunt and close new business accounts across restaurants, hotels, cafes, and distributors, while building strong client relationships through regular check-ins and follow-ups.

You’ll conduct field visits, product demos, and tastings, track market trends, and provide feedback to improve strategies.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales, field, or customer service experience (fresh grads welcome)
• Confident communicator — in person, on the phone, and online
• Comfortable doing fieldwork around Metro Manila
• Tech-savvy: familiar with social media, Google Sheets, and online selling platforms
• FMCG, F&B, real estate, or B2B background is a big plus
• SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, 13th Month Pay

What You'll Do

• Hunt and close new business accounts (restaurants, hotels, cafes, distributors)
• Build lasting relationships with clients through regular check-ins and follow-ups

What You'll Earn

• AVM Commission: 8-12% of margin per case sold (higher % on aged stock = bigger checks)
• ₱1,500 per new account opened (up to ₱8,000/month in bonuses)
• ₱5,000 Quarterly KPI Bonus when you hit 90% or above
• Team bonus + one-time milestone incentive
• No cap. The more you sell, the more you earn.

Who We're Looking For
