A financial services company in Bulacan is looking for a dedicated professional to assist clients in their loan applications. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in banking or finance, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Training will occur in Ortigas, with all expenses covered. This role offers competitive compensation, incentives, and a performance bonus.

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Assist clients throughout the loan application process, ensuring accurate and complete documentation.
2. Responsible for the timely screening and processing of endorsed leads of the assigned branch, as well as regularly monitoring pending accounts to support sales objectives
3. Maintain a strong knowledge of all loan products and their requirements.
4. Deliver excellent customer service to the clients.
5. Coordinates with other departments to ensure a smooth process until loan release.6. Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
Key Requirements
1. Willing to train in Ortigas, Pasig, for two (2) weeks (hotel, food, and travel expenses will be covered by the company).
2.1-2 years of experience or graduate of any 4-year business-related course, with relevant experience in banking and finance.
3. Process-oriented and technology-inclined, organized, and can work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Can communicate confidently—both written and verbal—and is able to liaise with all departments and stakeholders.
