Job summary

Lala Automotive Philippines Inc (Lalamove Automotive, Lala Auto) is seeking a Senior Marketing Associate who thrives in data-driven marketing and enjoys bringing campaigns to life—from digital lead generation to on-ground activations.

You will plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and other platforms; drive lead generation; analyze data; and collaborate with internal teams and partners to expand our marketing footprint in Manila.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
• Proven experience managing paid campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, or similar platforms.
• Strong lead generation, campaign optimization, A/B testing, and analytics.
• Willing to travel and work onsite in PITX, Paranaque City.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.
• Drive lead generation initiatives and improve campaign performance through data analysis and A/B testing.
• Monitor campaign metrics, prepare performance reports, and recommend optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Support the planning and execution of roadshows, dealer activations, and other on-ground marketing events.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
