About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Sales Associate to join our residential sales team at Wonderzyme Inc. in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to develop a rewarding career in residential property sales. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and establishing strong client relationships. You will be at the forefront of our business, representing our properties and helping clients navigate their property purchase decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals and digital marketing initiatives
• Conduct property viewings and presentations, highlighting key features and benefits to prospective buyers
• Provide expert advice to clients regarding property options, pricing and market trends to facilitate informed decision-making
• Prepare and present property proposals and documentation to clients in a professional manner
• Negotiate terms and conditions with prospective buyers to reach mutually beneficial agreements
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, property showings and sales transactions
• Follow up with leads and clients consistently to nurture relationships and close sales
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Stay updated on market conditions, competitor offerings and regulatory changes in the residential property sector
• Build and maintain a strong database of potential clients for future business opportunities

What we’re looking for

• Proven track record in residential property sales or a related sales role within the real estate industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse client groups
• Excellent negotiation abilities and sales acumen to close deals effectively
• In-depth knowledge of the residential property market in Metro Manila and surrounding areas
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Self-motivated and results-driven approach with a strong work ethic and resilience
• Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively within a team environment
• Professional presentation skills and a polished appearance
• Valid driver's licence and access to reliable transportation for property viewings
• Flexibility to work extended hours when necessary to accommodate client schedules
• High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualification in business, sales or real estate is preferred
