Job summary

Beehive-BPO Corp seeks a Sales Assistant and Estimator to support Sales agents by creating quotes from construction and cabinet plans, sending estimates, and entering data to keep quotes and jobs flowing.

The role involves on-site training with a flexible hybrid setup after completion, with 2 in-office days per month. Training is fully paid; typical duties include data entry, meetings, and collaborative coordination with purchasing staff.

Qualifications

• Formal training in Construction Management is preferred but not required.
• Experience in the cabinet and/or granite industry is preferred.
• Must possess a remarkable sense of judgment and have a commitment to do the right thing for the company in all situations.
• Must be self-motivated and a self-starter.
• Talents in spatial recognition, organization, and follow up skills.
• Ability to problem solve in high stress environments or push on despite the stress.

The Sales Assistant and Estimator position is the support team for the Sales agents. You will be creating quotes from Construction and Cabinet plans, sending those estimates to the required sales agent, and entering required data into our systems to keep quotes and jobs flowing through our system.

Responsibilities

• The Sales Assistant and Estimator is responsible for completing estimates for his/her assigned accounts
• Coordinate with purchasing agent to request any specialty items that may be required for a job.
• Confirm accuracy of layout and design drawings.
• Attend video meetings as required, Complete other duties as assigned
• Spatial vision is required to determine specific requirements from customer/contractor prints and computer programs as applicable.
• If work is slow, you will be asked to perform duties not on this list such as data entry or the like.

Training & Probationary Period

• The training period is part of the 6-month probationary employment period.
• Training is fully paid based on the offered salary.
• Employees will follow the regular work schedule of 8 hours per day, plus a 1-hour lunch break.
