Beehive-BPO Corp is hiring an Experienced COUNTERTOP Estimator to join our team in Laguna, Philippines. The role covers residential and commercial countertop estimation, from take-offs to quotes, with collaboration across sales, design, and fabrication teams.

The position starts with on-site training and transitions to hybrid work with minimal in-office days. A background in stone, quartz, and solid surface materials is preferred, along with proficiency in estimation software and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience as an estimator or take-off specialist, ideally in countertops or stone fabrication.
• Experience with residential and/or commercial projects and understanding of architectural drawings.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings and specs to determine project scope for countertop projects.
• Perform material take-offs and quantity calculations for stone, quartz, solid surface, laminate, and other materials.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates covering materials, fabrication, edges, cutouts, and installation.
• Coordinate with sales, project managers, designers, and fabrication teams to confirm pricing and timelines.
• Maintain bids and project files in estimation system or CRM.
• Follow up on quotes and support conversion to awarded jobs.

We are looking to hire an Experienced COUNTERTOP Estimator who has a background in Commercial and Residential Project Estimation, including countertops, to join our team.

Where will you work

8th Floor Richmond Plaza, National Highway KM30 Mabini Street, Poblacion, City of San Pedro, Laguna 4023, Philippines

Responsibilities:

• Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, plans, and specifications to determine project scope for residential and commercial countertop projects

• Perform accurate material take-offs and square footage calculations for stone, quartz, solid surface, laminate, and other countertop materials

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and quotations covering materials, fabrication, edge profiles, cutouts, backsplashes, installation, and delivery

• Create slab layouts and optimize material yield to minimize waste and control costs

• Identify discrepancies, missing information, or scope gaps in plans and raise RFIs (requests for information) with clients or contractors

• Coordinate with sales, project managers, designers, and fabrication teams to confirm specifications, pricing, and timelines

• Communicate with homeowners, builders, general contractors, and designers to clarify requirements and walk them through quotes

• Revise estimates based on design changes, client feedback, or updated pricing

• Maintain accurate records of bids, quotes, and project files in the estimating system or CRM

• Track bid status, follow up on pending quotes, and support conversion of estimates into awarded jobs

• Keep up to date on material pricing, supplier lead times, and product availability

• Ensure estimates comply with company pricing standards, margins, and quality requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

• At least 3 years of experience as an estimator, quantity surveyor, or take-off specialist, preferably in countertops, stone fabrication, cabinetry, or interior fit-out

• Experience with residential and/or commercial projects

• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and specifications

• Knowledge of countertop materials (granite, marble, quartz, solid surface, laminate) and fabrication details such as edge profiles, seams, and cutouts

• Proficiency in estimating or take-off software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Moraware, or similar)

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD or slab layout software is an advantage

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and basic math/measurement conversions (imperial and metric)

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Good written and verbal English communication skills for dealing with clients, contractors, and designers

• Able to manage multiple bids and meet tight deadlines

• Willing to work a night shift schedule

• Stable internet connection and a suitable work setup (once transition to hybrid)
