Draft contracts using company templates; monitor dealership agreements and track team compliance.
Review sales documents for complete signatures before routing inter‑departmentally and uploading final copies to Google Drive.
Prepare quotations and pricelists, securing required management approvals up to the President & CEO before distribution.
Process transactions in Acumatica, including Blanket PO entries, Job Orders, Goods Issues, Advance Deliveries, and Return Requests.
Monitor Purchase Order completions, track backorders, advance deliveries, price updates, and near‑expiry stock.
Coordinate with internal teams for Inventory and Accounts Receivable (AR) management.
Monitor, file, and audit weekly sales, activity, and itinerary reports submitted by field representatives (PSRs).
Track ISO‑related outputs, sponsorship requests, and approved POs, maintaining organized digital and physical archives for full audit traceability.
Alert SBU Heads and Regional Sales Managers regarding missed report deadlines or document non‑compliance.
Assist the sales team with PhilGEPS government tenders and bid document compilation.
Handle inbound client inquiries, leads, and RFQs via phone, email, and online channels.
Support visitor receptions, corporate giveaway preparations, and general sales events as needed.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.
Experience: Preferably with 1 year experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, or Administrative roles. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (data handling/reporting), Word, and Outlook.
Core Competencies: Strong contract processing skills, document organization, high attention to detail, and assertive communication skills for tracking compliance.
Background in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or laboratory supply industry.
Familiarity with government procurement processes and PhilGEPS.
