The Sales Associate (Field Sales) is responsible for generating revenue through direct sales efforts, including field visits to existing and potential clients. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, travel agencies, and other business sources to increase hotel bookings and services utilization.
Key Responsibilities
- Field Sales: Conduct regular visits to corporate offices, event management companies, travel agencies, and other potential clients to promote hotel services.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
- Sales & Marketing: Promote hotel services including room bookings, conference facilities, catering, and special events.
- Reporting & Analysis: Monitor sales performance against targets and prepare regular sales reports for management.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and contracts.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field is preferred.
Experience
- 1-3 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry or similar field, with a focus on field sales.
