We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Assistant to support our sales operations. The successful candidate will assist the sales team in coordinating with clients from shipyards, shipowners, and ship suppliers, while helping expand our presence in the marine and ship equipment market.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in coordinating with customers from shipyards, shipowners, and ship suppliers
• Support the promotion and sales of marine and ship equipment
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of offers and order processing
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide after-sales support
• Update and manage customer records and sales reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Management, Marketing, Shipping Industry, or related fields
• Experience in sales support, shipping, logistics, or marine-related industries is an advantage
• Good command of English, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Willing to work on-site in Metro Manila (near Lucky Chinatown) or Cebu

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: Php 25,000.00 – Php 30,000.00 per month (adjustable if needed)
