Day-to-day duties include booking high-quality appointments, maintaining CRM records, and collaborating with sales to drive revenue. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in sales-support roles, strong English communication, and comfort with a fast-paced target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in appointment setting, lead generation, telemarketing, sales, customer service, or a related role.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Confident engaging with prospects, handling objections, and turning conversations into opportunities.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Skilled at building rapport and maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Resilient, self-motivated, and able to handle rejection professionally.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications; experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is an advantage.
• A collaborative team player with a positive and professional attitude.
