Rotex Pharma Phils Inc. is seeking a motivated Sales and Marketing Associate (Medical Division) to drive business growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and marketing initiatives for pharmaceutical and medical products.

The candidate will generate sales opportunities, promote products to healthcare professionals, and assist in executing marketing activities, with a focus on clinics, hospitals, and distributors in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, pharmacy, or related field.
• Experience in sales or marketing is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent presentation and customer service abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Identify and maintain relationships with clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and distributors.
• Promote pharmaceutical and medical products to healthcare professionals and partners.
• Assist in marketing campaigns, product promotions, and brand awareness.
• Prepare sales quotations, proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Monitor and update client records, sales activities, and market intelligence.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure order processing and customer support.

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Associate (Medical Division) to support business growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and marketing initiatives for our pharmaceutical and medical products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales opportunities, promoting products to healthcare professionals, and assisting in the execution of marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, including clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and distributors
• Promote and present pharmaceutical and medical products to healthcare professionals and business partners
• Assist in implementing marketing campaigns, product promotions, and brand awareness activities
• Prepare sales quotations, proposals, presentations, and marketing materials
• Monitor and update client records, sales activities, and market intelligence reports
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient order processing and customer support

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Medical Technology, or any related field
• Experience in sales, marketing, or pharmaceutical/medical industry is an advantage
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong presentation and customer service abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
