Job summary

STI Maritime Training Academy is seeking an energetic Sales and Marketing Assistant to promote maritime, technical, and professional training programs. You will support proposals, create marketing materials, generate leads, and manage client records from our Pasay City location.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and a proactive, results-driven mindset. Fresh graduates are welcome, and experience in sales or education is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Maritime Studies, or a related course.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident in speaking with clients and conducting follow-ups.
• Organized, proactive, and results-driven.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
• Experience in sales, customer service, training, education, maritime, or corporate services is an advantage.

Responsibilities
