Qualifications

• At least 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales or marketing.

Responsibilities

About the role

This is an excellent opportunity to join our growing team at EAST WEST INTERNATIONAL EDUCATIONAL SPECIALISTS, INC.' as a Sales and Marketing Associate. Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales and marketing initiatives. As a full-time position, this role is based in our office in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to promote the company's educational programmes and services
• Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and trends
• Generating and following up on sales leads, and providing excellent customer service
• Coordinating and supporting the execution of marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities
• Creating and updating marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and digital content
• Maintaining and updating the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Providing administrative support to the sales and marketing team as needed

What we're looking for

• At leasr 6mos - 2years of experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably in the education or services industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• A keen interest in education and a desire to contribute to the growth and success of the company
