Job summary

FAIR SHIPPING & AGENCY, INC., an affiliate company of FAIR SHIPPING CORPORATION, with corporate head office in Malate, Manila, is in urgent need of a Marketing & Sales Officer. He/she shall drive business growth and promote FSAI’s services, identify opportunities, solicit cargoes, prepare quotations and service proposals, and achieve sales targets.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field and at least two years of supervisory marketing and sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
• At least two years in marketing & sales in a supervisory capacity from a Shipping Agency.

He/she shall be responsible for driving business growth and promotion of FSAI’s services, identifying and developing business opportunities, soliciting cargoes, preparing quotations and service proposals, and achieving sales targets.

MINIMUM SPECIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field
• Proven work experience for at least two (2) years in marketing & sales in a supervisory capacity from a Shipping Agency.

COMPETENCIES

• In-depth knowledge of the maritime and shipping operations
• Strong marketing and sales skills
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to develop pricing strategies
• Proficient in vendor and relationship-building management
• Good technical know-how of regulatory compliance and documentation
