Job description

I. Job Objective

Responsible for creating partners (clients) and building customer relationship. Do sales and marketing activities, prospecting, client visitations and other related tasks.

II. Duties and Responsibilities

• Identifies and prospects B2B customers (restaurants, stores, meat shops, etc) within the assigned area.
• Provides presentations and promotes company products to prospective clients (visit, calls on on-online prospects).
• Takes orders and monitors on time delivery.
• Establish, develops and maintains positive business and customer relationship.
• Address customers’ complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Do collection activities and 100% remittance of the same.
• Communicates important feedback from customers.
• Ensure targets are met and report any deviations.
• Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

III. Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Kind, reliable, approachable, hardworking and with initiative.
• With 3-year experience as sales agent or any sales in wet market is an advantage.
