I. Job Objective

Responsible in managing and overseeing the day‑to‑day sales operations of assigned stores through building relationship to customers, implementation of effective sales strategies, understanding marketing operations, customer behavior. To drive sales while managing stock, pricing, and staff efficiency.

II. Duties and Responsibilities

• Implementation and execution of the mission, vision and objective of the business and organization.
• Drive daily and weekly sales targets through effective selling and upselling techniques.
• Ensure compliance and systems are upheld throughout operations.
• Build relationships with regular customers and manage special requests or bulk orders.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
• Ensure all products are fresh well‑displayed, and properly labeled with prices.
• Track best‑selling items and adjust purchasing or display strategies accordingly.
• Provide relevant reports to the management including sales, collections, customers and other relevant information as required by the management.
• Leads, guides and trains sales personnel to achieve goals.
• Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

III. Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Trustworthy and values integrity. No bad records and integrity issues.
• With at least 3‑year stay on current address, if owned, is an advantage.
• With at least two (2) year experience in sales as a manager & 2 year experience as sales agent.
• With at least 3 years of stay in the previous company
• With 2‑3 year experience in handling food sales particularly fresh like tilapya and bangus in wet market.
• Willing to work at night shift or wet market operational time.
• With strong interpersonal skills, good at convincing people positively.
• Easy to adapt, willing to learn the business with persistence and endurance.
• Living within the work location or nearby is an advantage.
