This full-time position will be based in our Quezon City, Metro Manila office and will play a crucial role in promoting our diverse portfolio of commercial properties and securing high-quality tenants.

Responsibilities

• Generates and nurtures leads through networking, digital marketing, and other promotional activities
• Conducts property viewings and negotiations to secure new lease agreements
• Maintains strong relationships with existing tenants and manages lease renewals
• Collaborates with the property management team to ensure a seamless experience for all tenants
• Analyses market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
• Prepares detailed reports and presentations to inform strategic decision-making
