The Leasing Assistant will report to the Sales, Leasing, and Marketing head in generating new business opportunities and managing commercial property sales and leasing transactions.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales and leasing prospects through networking, lead generation and prospecting
- Liaise with clients to understand their property requirements and provide tailored solutions
- Prepare and present property listings, proposals and marketing collateral to potential tenants
- Negotiate lease and sales terms to secure the best outcomes for the company and clients
- Manage end-to-end transaction processes, from initial listing to completion
- Deliver exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships with clients
- Respond to inquiries and schedule property viewings
- Collaborate with the wider team to share knowledge and support the growth of the business
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up to date on industry trends, pricing, and property availability
- Manage social media platforms and assist in content creation
- Monitor the social media page performance and prepare a weekly analytic report
Qualifications
- Graduate of business administration, marketing, economics, or any related course.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial real estate sales and/or leasing
- Strong knowledge of the commercial property market
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Willing to travel as needed
- Has a wide range of sales and leasing networks, databases, and or leads
- Amenable to working in Quezon City
