Job description

The Leasing Assistant will report to the Sales, Leasing, and Marketing head in generating new business opportunities and managing commercial property sales and leasing transactions.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales and leasing prospects through networking, lead generation and prospecting
  • Liaise with clients to understand their property requirements and provide tailored solutions
  • Prepare and present property listings, proposals and marketing collateral to potential tenants
  • Negotiate lease and sales terms to secure the best outcomes for the company and clients
  • Manage end-to-end transaction processes, from initial listing to completion
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships with clients
  • Respond to inquiries and schedule property viewings
  • Collaborate with the wider team to share knowledge and support the growth of the business
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up to date on industry trends, pricing, and property availability
  • Manage social media platforms and assist in content creation
  • Monitor the social media page performance and prepare a weekly analytic report
Qualifications
  • Graduate of business administration, marketing, economics, or any related course.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial real estate sales and/or leasing
  • Strong knowledge of the commercial property market
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Willing to travel as needed
  • Has a wide range of sales and leasing networks, databases, and or leads
  • Amenable to working in Quezon City
