Job Description

Marketing Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for residential, commercial, and mixed-use construction projects.
• Plan and execute project launches, advertising campaigns, site promotions, and branding initiatives.
• Manage digital marketing activities including social media, websites, online listings, and email campaigns.
• Coordinate with advertising agencies, designers, and media partners.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and customer preferences.
• Prepare marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
• Develop marketing collaterals such as brochures, presentations, hoardings, and project profiles.
• Track and analyze marketing performance and prepare regular reports.

Leasing Responsibilities

• Develop and execute leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Identify, negotiate, and close leasing deals with tenants, brokers, and corporate clients.
• Manage leasing documentation including LOIs, lease agreements, renewals, and amendments.
• Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with leasing policies and regulations.
• Maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers, agents, and key clients.
• Monitor lease expiries and proactively plan renewals or re-leasing activities.
• Conduct site visits and project presentations for prospective tenants.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree with Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Marketing
• With 3-5 years or more solid and proven work experience in Real Estate, Leasing, Warehouse & Cold Storage
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Intermediate) - formula, links, worksheet, etc.
• Strong background in Digital Marketing Strategy
• Deep understanding of the competitive landscape, Market Research, Latest trends & Sales strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detailed oriented with strong analytical skills
• Has inherent capabilities to analyze, evaluate and recommend proper course of actions.
