Job summary

MEGA SK INDUSTRIAL CORPORATION is seeking a proactive Leasing Officer to join our property management team in Metro Manila. You will handle leasing activities, assist in lease administration, manage tenant inquiries, and support day-to-day operations to maintain high occupancy and smooth leasing processes.

You will market available units, coordinate viewings, prepare lease documentation, and build strong relationships with tenants, brokers and agents.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing, sales, or property management is an advantage.
• Strong communication with clients, brokers and agents.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle admin and fieldwork related to leasing.

About the role

The role involves marketing available units, coordinating property viewings, preparing lease documentation, and maintaining good relationships with tenants, brokers, and agents. The Leasing Officer is also expected to conduct basic market research and assist in implementing strategies to attract and retain tenants across office, residential, commercial, and industrial properties.

About you

• Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with clients, brokers, and agents


• Basic knowledge of lease agreements and documentation


• Strong organizational and time management skills


• Willingness to conduct site visits and property viewings


• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools


• Knowledge of local leasing laws and regulations is an advantage

Working Schedule:

Monday to Saturday 8am to 5pm
