Job Title: Sales and Applications Engineer

Job Overview:

The Sales and Applications Engineer acts as a bridge between technical development and customer-facing sales. This role involves understanding customer needs, providing technical solutions, and driving the adoption of products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Sales:

• Identify and engage potential customers.
• Develop tailored technical presentations and product demonstrations.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Understand customer requirements and propose standard/customized solutions.
• Provide pre-sales consultation and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Product and Application Expertise:

• Gain in-depth knowledge of the company's products and their applications.
• Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and suggest product improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.

Proposal and Documentation:

• Provide formal quotation to customer.
• Prepare technical proposals, cost estimates, and product documentation.
• Develop training materials and user guides for both internal teams and customers.

Training and Demonstrations:

• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate customers.
• Demonstrate product capabilities and application techniques to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering (advanced degrees or certifications are a plus).

Experience:

• at least 2 years experience in similar role or manufacturing of electronic products.
