Responsibilities

• Design sale's strategies aligned with company goals and market trends.
• Drives revenue growth by closing deals, onboarding new clients, and meeting sales targets.
• Facilitates Bid Review Committee (BRC) meetings to ensure alignment, timely decision making, and interdepartmental coordination.
• Manage client interactions during bidding and negotiations.
• Executes the bid submission process, ensuring client requirements are met, deadlines adhere to, and timely status updates provided.
• Handles contract signing and renewals, ensuring clarity, accuracy and efficient execution of agreements.
• Resolves client inquiries and complaints through collaboration with internal teams to maintain satisfaction and service excellence.
• Coordinates with with Finance and Project Management to ensure timely collections, effective Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) management, and cash flow maintenance.
• Monitors industry trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies and maintain market competitiveness.
• Track sales performance through reporting and adjusts tactics to optimize results.

Work Location: Ortigas, Pasig City

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)
