AADI GLOBAL is seeking a Sales and Account Management Agent to join our Canadian inbound sales operations. You will manage warm inbound leads, guide platform demonstrations, convert prospects to active customers, and maintain full ownership of accounts after onboarding.
You will work with SMBs across Canada, coordinating with Bolton-based reps and supporting long-term revenue growth through effective account management.
Are you a relationship-driven sales professional who thrives on converting high-intent inbound leads rather than cold calling? We are looking for an Sales and Account Management Agent to join our team as an integrated extension of our Canadian inbound sales operations, working closely with our Bolton-based representatives. In this role, you will manage warm inbound leads, guide clients through platform demonstrations, convert prospects into active shipping customers, and maintain full, long-term ownership of your customer accounts post-onboarding.
You will work primarily with warm and high-intent inbound opportunities across Canada. Our typical prospects are small-to-medium businesses (SMBs) with recurring shipping requirements.
Business Types: E-commerce retailers, manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, and any SMB with regular parcel or freight shipping needs.
Decision-Makers: Business owners, founders, e-commerce or operations managers, shipping and logistics managers, or procurement/administrative contacts.
Customer Sophistication: Varies significantly—ranging from experienced shippers with established carrier agreements to businesses new to multi-carrier platforms that require guided onboarding.
Lead Sources: New website sign-ups, marketing and demo requests, CFIB partnership leads, inbound calls, unresolved older quotes, dormant accounts, and customers who have not yet completed a first shipment.
Warm Lead Management & Response: Manage an assigned pipeline of warm inbound leads (website sign-ups, demo requests, CFIB partnership leads, and inbound calls). Maintain a strict initial contact response window within one hour during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM ET).
Discovery & Demonstrations: Conduct discovery calls to assess prospect shipping profiles, match appropriate solutions (Parcel/e-Commerce vs. LTL/Freight platforms), and lead 20–30 minute platform demos to achieve a minimum 30% conversion rate to first shipment.
Account Retention & Growth: Take full ownership of client relationships post-onboarding without hand-offs, re-engage dormant or unconverted accounts, and meet monthly/quarterly revenue projections.
Vetting & Compliance: Complete rigorous pre-vetting checks (duplicate records, account ownership conflicts, carrier restrictions) and elevate potential fraud or security concerns immediately.
CRM & Collaboration: Maintain precise, up-to-date records in HubSpot, submit weekly feedback reports, and actively collaborate with the team via Microsoft Teams.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, telesales, or business development in a customer-facing role with Account Management experience.
Communication: Strong spoken and written English — must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with Canadian business customers via phone and email.
Pipeline Discipline: Demonstrated ability to organize and manage a pipeline, follow a structured sales process, and maintain consistent follow-up activity.
CRM Proficiency: Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot experience strongly preferred; Salesforce or similar acceptable).
Product Demos: Comfortable conducting product demonstrations and guiding customers through platform onboarding.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail — role involves compliance-sensitive processes, customer vetting, and documentation.
Schedule Availability: Ability to work Canadian Eastern Time business hours (EST/EDT).
