Job summary

AADI GLOBAL is seeking a Sales and Account Management Agent to join our Canadian inbound sales operations. You will manage warm inbound leads, guide platform demonstrations, convert prospects to active customers, and maintain full ownership of accounts after onboarding.

You will work with SMBs across Canada, coordinating with Bolton-based reps and supporting long-term revenue growth through effective account management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development in a customer-facing role with account management experience.
• Strong spoken and written English to communicate with Canadian customers.
• Demonstrated ability to organize and manage a sales pipeline and follow a structured process.
• Comfortable conducting product demonstrations and onboarding customers to the platform.

Responsibilities

• Warm inbound lead management and timely response (within 1 hour during business hours).
• Conduct discovery calls to assess shipping profiles and match solutions.
• Lead platform demonstrations (20–30 minutes) and aim for minimum 30% conversion to first shipment.
• Take full ownership of client relationships post-onboarding and drive revenue growth.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with team via Teams.
