About the role

CENTRAL INDUSTRIAL SALES is seeking highly motivated and talented Sales Agents, Representatives, and Executives to join our dynamic team.

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for:

• Driving sales growth and expanding our client base across designated territories.

• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

• Identifying new business opportunities and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs.

• Contributing to the overall success and continued growth of our organization.

As a valued member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of CENTRAL INDUSTRIAL SALES while advancing your career in a supportive and results-driven environment.

What you'll be doing

• Generating new leads and identifying potential sales opportunities

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and prospects

• Presenting our products and services effectively to customers

• Negotiating contracts and closing sales

• Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets

• Providing excellent customer service and support

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver the best solutions for our clients

What we're looking for

• 24-38 YEARS OLD

• 3 SALES AGENTS

• COLLEGE LEVEL- ANY COURSE OR FIELD

• WITH OR WITHOUT EXPERIENCE; Sales Representative/ Consultant experience is preferred.

• PLEASING PERSONALITY

• GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILL

• FIELD WORK

• CAN START IMMEDIATELY

• TRAINING ATLEAST 3 WEEKS TO 1 MONTH

• CAN WORK FULL TIME FROM MONDAYS-FRIDAYS

• WILLING TO BE ASSIGNED SOUTH AREAS (BATANGAS, LAGUNA, CAVITE) and NORTH AREAS (BATAAN, PANGASINAN, ISABELA, ILOCOS NORTE/SUR)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
