Job Description

• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential customers in various industries. Utilize various channels (cold calls, emails, networking, etc.) to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their industrial equipment requirements.
• Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers. Highlight the features, benefits, and value propositions of our industrial equipment.
• Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with customers. Work towards closing sales deals that are profitable for the company and beneficial for the customer.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Provide feedback and insights to the management team to help shape sales strategies.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance. Prepare regular reports and forecasts for management review.
• Customer Support: Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure timely delivery, installation, and servicing of equipment. Address any customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
• Training and Development: Continuously update your knowledge of our products and services. Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance your sales skills and industry knowledge.
• Any engineering course or with technical sales background
• At least 3 years sales experience
• Willing to travel outside Cebu. Specifically Leyte, Iloilo, Masbate, Bacolod & Negros.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong listening and sales skills
• Ability to achieve sales targets set by the company
