Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-oriented Sales Agent / Account Manager to drive business growth by developing new sales opportunities, managing existing accounts, and building strong, long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of PET plastics and preferably possess an established network of clients within the plastics, manufacturing, recycling, packaging, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective clients through calls, emails, and messaging platforms.

• Build and strengthen long-term relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners.

• Conduct client visits as needed to understand their requirements, address concerns, and identify new business opportunities.

• Prospect for new customers and develop potential accounts to expand the company’s client base.

• Utilize existing client networks and contact lists to generate leads and increase sales opportunities.

• Develop a strong understanding of PET plastic products, materials, specifications, and applications, and effectively communicate product information to clients.

• Handle customer inquiries, monitor requirements, and ensure timely and consistent follow-ups.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements and orders are properly addressed.

• Prepare accurate daily sales and activity reports, including calls, emails, messages, client visits, leads, and other business development activities.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue and business growth.

• Provide excellent customer service to strengthen client satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.

Preferred Candidate

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of PET plastics, an established industry client network, and proven experience in sales or account management. Candidates with existing relationships in the plastics, manufacturing, recycling, or packaging sectors are highly preferred.

Position Details

• Salary: ₱30,000–₱50,000 per month
