Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with clients via calls, emails, and messages
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, suppliers and partners
• Conduct client visits to understand needs and identify opportunities
• Prospect for new customers and develop potential accounts
• Utilize client networks to generate leads and drive sales
• Communicate PET plastics product specs and applications to clients
• Handle inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups
• Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill orders
• Prepare accurate daily sales and activity reports
• Achieve and contribute to sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure retention and repeat business
