Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a self-driven Sales Admin Executive to work closely with Directors. You will own your areas end to end, covering client and sales coordination, association administration and documentation support, and handle them independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include invoicing, bookkeeping basics, event support, and preparing sales documents, contracts and client records.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Administration or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in business operations, sales administration or administrative work.
• Able to work independently and manage several workstreams at once.

Responsibilities

• Client & Sales Coordination: manage clients, issue invoices, track deadlines and deliverables.
• Administration & Bookkeeping: handle filings, payments, and basic summaries.
• Events & Activities Support: assist planning and logistics for networking events.
• Application Documentation: collect Singapore Permanent documents and ensure completeness.
• Sales Administration: prepare quotations, contracts and client records, support Directors.
