Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.
• 1 year relevant experience in food manufacturing, sales or customer service.
• Fresh graduates with internship in sales, marketing or administration welcome to apply.
• Experience with SAP, QuickBooks and MS Office is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare order confirmations, sales orders, and documents to process customer orders.
• Monitor customer payments and send reminders.
• Arrange courier shipments and prepare dispatch documents and samples.
• Maintain accurate, confidential sales records and databases.
• Generate purchase requests and coordinate office supplies.
