OFFER: 22,000 - 35,000 + PERFORMANCE BONUSES AND COMMISSIONS (NEGOTIABLE) Our Company, LEADS E-Commerce Corporation is looking for individuals that are capable to turn chats conversation into order in an e-commerce set up.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current chat performance and spot weak points
• Write persuasive chat messages that lead to full order submissions
• Improve follow-ups for leads who don’t reply or haven’t ordered yet
• Collaborate with sales agents to train them on conversion-focused messaging
• Track weekly improvements in chat-to-order performance

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce, chat support, or sales via messaging
• Knows how to craft short, clear, and persuasive responses
• Understands Filipino buyer behavior on Messenger or Viber
• Organized and goal-oriented — can hit weekly conversion targets
• Bonus: Experience with CRM tools like Pancake, Botcake, or Meta Inbox
