We are seeking a dynamic Sales Agent who is not just great at chatting with customers, but also logical and tech-savvy enough to build sales chatbot flows using Botcake (or similar tools). This is a hybrid sales-tech role where you’ll handle customer chats, calls, and automated sequences to convert leads into paying customers in our fast-paced e-commerce environment.

• Handle inbound and outbound customer chats and calls in a friendly, persuasive tone.
• Guide potential buyers through the sales funnel until successful conversion.
• Build and optimize chatbot flows/sequences using Botcake to automate lead engagement.
• Analyze performance of sequences and continuously improve response logic and conversion triggers.
• Maintain records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with marketing and ops to ensure product promos and campaign flows are aligned.
• Provide insights and suggestions based on customer feedback and interaction analytics.
• Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service (e-commerce preferred).
• Strong logical thinking and analytical skills – you’ll be tested on this.
• Experience or strong interest in chatbot platforms like Botcake.
• Comfortable with learning automation tools and systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Filipino).
• Goal-driven, assertive, and solutions-oriented.
• Willing to be trained and offered a higher salary upon mastering Botcake.
