Job summary

Kian Soon Mechanical Components Philippines Inc. is seeking a results-driven sales leader to drive growth in the Philippine market.

The role focuses on expanding the customer base, guiding the sales team, and strengthening relationships with key accounts to secure revenue and profitability. You will collaborate with management to implement sales tools, coordinate with internal teams to meet customer requirements, monitor performance, and produce monthly management reports with detailed insights

Responsibilities

• Continuously build a strong sales pipeline of new customers and new business.
• Manage sales team to meet sales growth and profit objectives set by management.
• Play a leading role in strengthening key customer relationships, and in customer issue resolutions.
• Work with management to implement sales related tools and initiatives driven by Group.
• Work closely with internal teams to provide professional service to satisfy external customers needs & requirements.
• Stay abreast of developments at major customers and decisively step in when customer satisfaction is at risk.
• Prepare monthly reports to keep management team well informed, with attention to details on sales, price, margins and cost of service.
