• Assist the General Manager and the Sales Accountant in the implementation of an effective sales monitoring and collection, and in the implementation of control procedures in the Department.
• Assist the General Manager and the Sales Accountant in the preparation of monthly sales reports to the Management and other relevant reports as required.
• Assist the Sales Accountant in the monthly recording of all sales transactions for consolidation in the financial statements being prepared by the Accounting Department such as:
• Receipt entries based on Official Receipts and Journal entries for Invoices issued.
• Prepares journal entries and subsidiary ledger of Invoices and collections for each job numbers as basis for reversals and/or accruals of sales revenue.
• Prepares Schedule of Accounts and breakdown of Accounts Receivables, Accrued Receivables, Retention Receivables, Advances and Deposits Receive both for Vatable and Zero-Rated sales.
• Prepares aging of Accounts Receivables.

4. Performs all other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
