• Actively promote and market salary loan products, highlighting benefits.
• Generate quality loan accounts and meet sales quota for releases and portfolio.
• Conduct presentations and financial literacy sessions about loan products.
• Serve as main contact for salary loan inquiries and guide applicants through the process.
• Ensure excellent customer service for loan applications and repayments.
• Track and follow-up pending loan applications for timely approval.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Ensure loan transactions comply with audit, policies, regulations and bank guidelines.
• Collaborate with collections to manage delinquent accounts.
• Prepare and submit regular sales calls and reports.
• Cross-sell other bank products.
