• Ensure the team generates adequate loan turn-ins, approvals and bookings.
• Closely monitor team sales performance against targets through meetings and tools.
• Develop training and recognition mechanisms for the team.
• Recommend programs to improve service, credit quality, cost efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure adherence to bank and regulatory procedures and requirements.
• Provide market, segment, territory and product information to leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
