BDO Unibank’s Network Bank is seeking an Account Officer for the Salary Loans Group to drive loan volume targets while maintaining profitability, credit quality, and service excellence. You will generate salary loan accounts, build relationships with DepEd principals, teachers and employees, and identify potential clients, handling inquiries and coordinating with other units to resolve issues.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in sales, with a proven ability to negotiate

Formación

Bachelor's Degree Holder / Graduate of any 4-year or 5-year degree course
Must have direct experience in sales and marketing (strategic selling and negotiation skills)
At least 3 years of work experience in the related field is required
Must be familiar with Salary Loan Products

Responsabilidades

Generate quality Salary Loan accounts and ensure that sales quota is met
Establish and maintain good business relationship with DepEd School Principals, Teachers and Employees
Identify potential clients that can be tapped for production related activities.
Handle inquiries and concerns of internal and external clients, and serve as liaison with other units in the resolution of operational or service issues
