Job summary

Quicken Concrete Mix Corp - affiliate is seeking a Safety Officer to implement and monitor occupational health and safety policies and procedures at the construction site. You will conduct regular site inspections, hazard identification, risk assessments including HIRAC, and lead toolbox meetings, safety orientations, and training for workers and subcontractors.

• Implement and monitor occupational health and safety policies and procedures at the construction site.

• Conduct regular site inspections, hazard identification, risk assessments, and HIRAC to ensure a safe working environment.

• Conduct toolbox meetings, safety orientations, and training for workers and subcontractors.

• Monitor compliance with PPE requirements, construction safety standards, OSHP requirements, and applicable DOLE regulations.

• Prepare and maintain safety documents, including inspection reports, incident reports, JSA/JHA, HIRAC, and toolbox meeting records.

• Investigate accidents and near-miss incidents, identify root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

• Coordinate with project engineers, foremen, and management to address safety concerns and prevent workplace accidents.
