Job summary

Far East Industrial Supply & Co., Inc. seeks a Safety Officer to implement and monitor OSH programs at project sites in Metro Manila. You will conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and safety orientations to prevent incidents and ensure policy compliance.

Must hold a DOLE-BOSH/COSH SO2 certification or equivalent, with construction/industrial experience. You will prepare reports, investigate near-misses, and coordinate corrective actions with project teams on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in OSH/engineering/construction management or related field preferred.
• DOLE OSHS knowledge and SO2 certification or equivalent training required.
• Experience as a Safety Officer in construction or industrial environments preferred.
• Knowledge of DOLE OSHS standards and construction safety practices.
• Hazard identification, risk assessment, incident investigation and safety inspection knowledge.
• Strong communication, coordination and report-writing skills.
• Willing to work on-site at project locations and on a project-based arrangement.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with project teams.

About the role

Implement and monitor the company's Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) programs at the project/site. Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions. Ensure compliance with company safety policies and applicable DOLE/OSH standards.

About you
