Job summary

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor compliance with workplace safety policies and construction safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) among workers.
• Conduct toolbox meetings, safety orientations, and briefings for site personnel.
• Monitor work activities to ensure compliance with approved safety procedures.
• Investigate and report workplace accidents, incidents, and unsafe conditions.
• Maintain safety documentation, inspection reports, and incident records.
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and workers regarding safety concerns.
• Recommend preventive measures to minimize workplace accidents and injuries.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
