Job summary

Sinoma CBMI Engineering in the Philippines is seeking a Safety Officer to implement and enforce OHS policies across active construction sites. You will conduct risk assessments, enforce PPE use, and lead safety trainings to protect workers while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include investigating incidents, maintaining records, coordinating with project teams and subcontractors, and promoting a culture of safety with continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Certified Safety Officer (SO2 or SO3 preferred).
• BOSH/COSH certification required.
• At least 3–5 years of experience as a Safety Officer in construction.
• Knowledge of DOLE, OSH and other Philippine safety regulations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
